Annual Puerto Rican Festival set

ROCHESTER — This year’s Puerto Rican Festival will be held in early August and features three salsa stars as this year’s music headliners.

Singers Jerry Rivera, Ruben Blades and Oscar D’Leon will perform during the 44th-annual festival, which will be held Aug. 9-11 at Frontier Field’s VIP lot, according to a press release.

Other performers will include local bands and dance groups. The theme’s festival is "Our Cultural Heritage — Peace, Respect and Dignity."
