The annual Mass to honor Our Lady of Altagracia, the protectoress of the Dominican Republic, was held Jan. 21 at Rochester’s Holy Apostles Church. Father Jesús Flores celebrated the Mass, during which children placed flowers at the base of the image of Our Lady of Altagracia.
