The City of Rochester presented a kickoff event for Hispanic Heritage Month Sept. 16 at La Marketa at the International Plaza. The Mambo Kings performed live music as members of Grupo Cultural Latinos en Rochester danced in traditional Latin American attire. Hispanic Heritage Month is celebrated nationally Sept. 15 through Oct. 15.
