Several events took place around Rochester to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month.
On Sept. 30, parishioners of Holy Apostles Church celebrated a Mass followed by a convocation in the parish hall. The celebration included music, dancing and traditional Latin foods.
Rochester Latino Theatre Company hosted a storytime and crafts session in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month on Oct. 6 at The AvenueBlackbox Theatre on Joseph Avenue in Rochester.
