Finkelman is a professor of law and public policy and a senior fellow at the Government Law Center at Albany Law School. He has written more than 150 scholarly articles and 25 books.
On Oct. 6, he will lead two workshops — "Who, What and Why: Immigrants in the News" from 3 to 4:30 p.m. at St. John Fisher College, and "Sustaining Immigrants’ Human Rights in the 21st Century" from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Monroe Community College.
