ROCHESTER — Catholic Family Center has received a $250,000 federal grant to expand and enhance its naturalization and citizenship education programs.
CFC operates these programs in partnership with Rochester City School District’s Office of Adult & Career Education Services. The agencies will use the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Citizenship and Immigration Service grant to expand its outreach and to boost classroom instruction in civics, citizenship and English as a second language.
