The Rochester Hispanic Business Association has named Julio Vázquez as the 2025 Rochester Hispanic Business Person of the Year.
Vázquez, president of Vázquez Business Consulting and chair of Eugenio María de Hostos Charter School, will be honored at a gala luncheon on Sept. 16 at the Rochester Riverside Convention Center.
“We are thrilled to recognize Julio Vázquez with this year’s Hispanic Business Person of the Year award,” said Orlando Rivera, Chair of the Rochester Hispanic Business Association. “His dedication to business excellence and community service exemplifies the entrepreneurial spirit and leadership that this award represents.”
The Rochester Hispanic Business Person of the Year award recognizes Hispanic entrepreneurs and business leaders who have made significant contributions to the Rochester community through their professional achievements, community involvement, commitment to excellence, mentorship of other entrepreneurs and commitment to advancing opportunities for the Hispanic business community.
