Grupo Cultural Latinos en Rochester hosted a mask-making workshop May 23 at Nazareth University’s Casa Hispana as part of the Project Carnaval initiative. Participants learned the art of traditional mask-making inspired by Latin American Carnaval celebrations. The workshop was made possible through the support of the Rochester Area Community Foundation.
