The 53rd-annual Rochester Puerto Rican Festival took place Aug. 3-5 at Innovative Field and featured food, live music and cultural events. Along with the festival, an impromptu car parade traveled down Rochester’s North Clinton Avenue Aug. 5, following the cancellation of the annual Puerto Rican Parade due to safety concerns.
