To kick off the start of Hispanic Heritage Month, the City of Rochester held a block party Sept. 15 in front of City Hall. The event featured free food, music and entertainment, and a dedication by Rochester Mayer Malik Evans and Monroe County Executive Adam Bello. Hispanic Heritage Month is celebrated from Sept. 15 through Oct. 15.
