The 2023 Miss Puerto Rico of Rochester queen and princess were named during the 53rd-annual Miss Puerto Rico of Rochester Cultural Pageant June 24. Mariedeliz Bain, who was named queen, and Carmelys Diamond, who was named princess, will make their first appearances at the Rochester Puerto Rican Festival in August.
