Grupo Cultural Latinos En Rochester will host a Carnaval exhibition, an event dedicated to showcasing the traditions of various Latin American countries during the celebratory event universally known as Carnaval. The event will include a mask-making workshop, folkloric dance performances, music, and an exhibition of intricate dresses from Puerto Rico, Panama, Colombia, Mexico and more.
