Six seniors cooked veal scaloppine marsala, glazed carrots, whipped potatoes and haricots vert for a panel of judges that included returning celebrity chef Daisy Martinez from the Food Network. Tajhnae Couser won the grand prize — a scholarship to Monroe Community College’s culinary program.
