The Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce presented a graduation ceremony last month for the inaugural class of the Chamber Leadership Initiative: Mentoring for Business program.
The June 14 event recognized 31 young professionals from 28 employers from the Finger Lakes region who took part in the 10-month program aimed at connecting them with business leaders from different area industries.
The participating businesses included Wegmans Food Markets, Constellation Brands, Genesee Brewing Co., and LiDestri Food and Drink. Community and government leaders also provided information.
The CLIMB participants also have the opportunity to serve one-year terms on the Rochester Chamber Future Leaders Advisory Council. For more information, visit http://bit.ly/CLIMB2018.
