Much of the content in this section was producted for “El Mural de la Comunidad,” a collaboration of more than three years among El Mensajero, La Cumbre, Rochester Hispanic Business Association, Latino Rotary and  the Ibero-American Action League. Although El Mural was discontinued at the end of 2018, El Mensajero continues to update this section with coverage of  economic development as appropriate.
