Antiguans craft steel drums for Rochester students

A team from Antigua built new steel drums for the students at Rochester's James Monroe High School. The team spent two weeks shaping, tuning and firing the drums that students will use during their steel drum band concerts. The school's older drums were tuned and will be used for rehearsals.
