Events highlight Hispanic Heritage Month

Here is a list of events planned to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, which is Sept. 15-Oct. 15.
• Latino Art Gallery Exhibition: Featuring works by local Latino artists; City Hall Link Gallery, 30 Church St., Rochester; Sept 11–Oct. 21; for more information, visit www.cityofrochester.gov/linkgallery or call 585-428-6829.
• Fiesta En La Plaza: Kicking off Hispanic Heritage Month at Rochester Institute of Technology; featuring free food, music and dancing; RIT Global Village; Jefferson Road, Henrietta; noon to 2 p.m. Sept. 13; for more information, visit http://www.rit.edu/diversity.
